Rogers: Enstill community safety task force throughout Baltimore and provide incentives for nonviolence activities in the community

Rogers: Help to increase family businesses to support jobs within the family. Provide low interest loans for start up loans for family business.

Rogers: Yes. We need a nonpartisan body to provide a fair and equal legislative and congressional district maps. With no hidden agendas.
